shadcn/ui chat interface components

shadcn/ui launched a new set of components for building chat interfaces: MessageScroller, Message, Bubble, Attachment, and Marker. The release focuses on the tricky parts of modern chat UIs, including streaming replies, scroll anchoring, attachments, message layout, status markers, and polished details like scroll fades and shimmer states. It is a strong step toward making AI chat and support inbox interfaces easier to compose inside shadcn/ui projects.
